New House Bill Would Hold Settler Terrorists Accountable – Act Now!

April 29, 2025- Yesterday, Representatives Nadler, Adam Smith, and Himes introduced the West Bank Violence Prevention Act — critical legislation that would codify President Biden’s now-repealed Executive Order that held violent extremists accountable.

President Biden didn’t begin his term with this order in place, but his administration needed a way to hold violent settlers accountable – especially as the Netanyahu government refused to take action.

Since President Trump rescinded the Executive Order in January, settler violence skyrocketed by 30%, and groups like Hilltop Youth resumed wreaking havoc without consequence. This violence is pushing the West Bank to the brink of catastrophe — threatening the safety of Palestinians, Israelis, and broader regional stability.

The West Bank Violence Prevention Act would restore vital tools to freeze assets and sanction individuals who commit acts of violence in the West Bank. New Jewish Narrative strongly supports this bill, and we need your voice to help move it forward.
