10 Jewish Organizations to Senate: Trump’s Abuse of Antisemitism to Fight Civil Liberties is Reason to Not Give Him More Powers
Washington, DC—A coalition of 10 Jewish organizations sent a letter today to Senate offices calling on them to oppose the Antisemitism Awareness Act (S.558). The Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee (HELP) is scheduled to meet tomorrow to consider the bill.

March 18, 2025- Overnight, the Israeli military began a campaign of airstrikes targeting Gaza, reportedly killing more than 400 people.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu could have made the choice to continue the ceasefire. He could have made the choice to prioritize the lives of the Israeli hostages still in captivity. He could have made the choice to strive to build a new government in Gaza where Hamas is sidelined. He could have made the choice to move towards peace.
Trump’s Columbia University Arrest Exploits Antisemitism
March 10, 2025- Over the weekend, ICE arrested Mahmoud Khalil, a Green Card holder and Palestinian leader of protests at Columbia University. They did so because of his political activity. This afternoon, President Trump said that this will be the first of many such arrests.
