Stop Exploiting Antisemitism

June 9, 2025 - The last few weeks have been filled with fear and pain for the American Jewish community. We have been targeted. And we have been killed. The perpetrators used language linking their attacks to protests over Israel’s actions. Nevermind that most American Jews oppose Israel’s conduct in this war. 

Antisemitism is a real problem that must be addressed.

Unfortunately, there have been repeated examples of politicians looking to exploit and weaponize our pain. The Trump administration has used us to crack down on speech, institute a travel ban, and attack universities. 

Now, tonight, the House of Representatives will be taking a vote on a resolution purportedly about antisemitism but which is filled with anti immigration fear mongering. This resolution, by Rep. Gabe Evans (R-CO), also praises US Immigration and Customs Enforcement at a time when they are the tip of the spear for the persecution of our neighbors.
