NJN Calls on Jewish Community to Condemn Rep. Fine's Hateful Rhetoric

December 11, 2025 — New Jewish Narrative is calling on all American Jewish organizations to condemn Congressman Randy Fine’s call to “destroy” Muslims and Palestinians. 

At a Foreign Affairs subcommittee hearing yesterday, while speaking about the Palestinians, he said, “I don’t know how you make peace with those who seek your destruction, I think you destroy them first.” Today, he doubled down on, and expanded, this message to include all Muslims. He posted on X a video of that statement along with the caption “Rep. Fine on How to Deal with Mainstream Muslims.”  

“Rep. Fine’s comments are not only vile, they are also dangerous,” said Noam Shelef, NJN Vice President for Communications. “We’ve already had deadly attacks against Palestinians and Muslims in the United States. This man is pouring fuel on the fire.” 

“As a part of the Jewish community, I know that I must speak out. Rep Fine, who wears a kippah, will be seen as a face of the American Jewish community. His hate is not who we are. I call on every organization in the American Jewish community to join New Jewish Narrative and condemn his comments.”
